Although, resort collections are meant for the upscale and their planned vacations, it is also a sneak peak at what a designer has in mind for the big runway shows. Valentino debuted his collections as I would put it 'little girl dresses for grown women'. This is also an opportunity to take cue on what elements will be trending. Now, that is something I can fit into my budget.
