Nowhere Without My Hijabibie!

Babies got blankies and hijabis got hijabibies that no matter how many headscarves we buy, there is just that one that we loveeeeee and can't live without! Mines believe it or not is just a plain grey, cotton al amira style. May sound traditionally boring, but hey when I got to go and am on the clock or passing through security at the airport and I am on long flights, it does the job! I love its softness, it's easy to put on when I get geared up and I need to step out quickly! and even though on other days I can wear other type of scarves, I still miss my hijabibie and think of it when I am out and about. I can literally sleep in it!(I think I have) But, the time has come of a grown hijabi to(I rather put it this way) 'upgrade' my hijabibie to something with the same functionality, but with a modern touch to it. Just because it actually exists.

I am thinking of the famous al amira(one-piece) style from NoorD*Izar. It is just a slip-on and I love the fact that it's just a one piece. Let see how it goes.

Here is a video of their concept for the headscarf I am considering. Have you tried it?

So, what's your hijabibie, Got one?

  3. Got an Imsar in every colour. Divine material + design, especially the slots for glasses. Hectic price. Bought all of mine in 3 batches when there were discount codes available. Initially confusing to put on but they've got the video to show how. Tip? Spend the money on the Imsar design, not the Irin (hasn't got any slots for glassess + doesn't give a smooth fit on the forehead). Imsar sits beautifully on the forehead. The pic above is of the Imsar design. Also look at the Jacky undercaps - really cosy + easy to slip on. Love them!
