Where is the 1st place a smart shopper goes upon entering a shop? That's right! You better have answered the "Sales Rack" often located in the farthest corner or farthest tab of a shop. They are there not because it is out of style but because they need to make room for the shoving, fast pace, rushing of more inventory. Snuff, snuff of chatting. What is more exhilarating then top quality clothing and a 50-70% sale? Ok, so maybe one or two items can be still over the top for me, but hey! no charge for looking.
