I have one rule of thumb, I don't buy CERTAIN everyday abayas that are over $50. With all this technology advancement and manufacturers reaching out to customers directly nowadays, I just refuse to! I honestly think that many shops take advantage of the consumer. I have been to Jeddah, KSA where alot of these stores supply themselves from and I'm surprised how much they mark them up. I mean you want to charge me $75 for stonework that is just glued on and then later I have to put back on myself! Seriously, for this quality, I don't think so! Hey, I do understand you have to make certain room for overhead, but many shops just take advantage. They want to make a million out of one transaction. Talk about taking advantage of the market. One thing is making a living and another is taking advantage of people.
So, anyways, I did a bit of searching around and came across 3 vendors that offer respectable everyday abayas for less then $50 that are also reasonable in design. I mean for an everyday abaya not a bad deal.
The first place I came across is My Batua through The Abaya Network. They are located in India and they have FREE shipping over $200. My suggestion? Do an Abaya Order Night Party. Yep! Gather your friends, bring your wallet and order.

These two might not qualify as abayas, but I really liked them and thought of sharing them with you.

The next shop I found Hijaby Online Islamic Clothing. They are having a 50% OFF the entire store and they do carry plus sizes. They also offer free shortening service.
At some point last year, I was determine to open my abaya shop because I was so tired of seeing these ridiculous prizes. I came across Voyager Trading, but then they changed to Abaya 1. I am sure some of these designs you have seen in some stores.
